SoCal Barn Doors will contact you when your order is ready for local delivery and installation(typically 6-8 weeks from order date) to schedule a time that best works with your schedule.

Depending on the size of the door, the quantity of doors, and the complexity of the hardware, typical installs can take between 2-6 hours to complete.

Typically, we are a 2 person crew that will arrive for the installation. All wall and ceiling mounted hardware will be installed with a matching backer for added strength and stability. We make sure the door is at the proper height for functionality and level. Stops are place on the rail system to square the door to the opening while the door is closed and flush with the opening's edge when opened. If a pull/recessed handle is purchased, typically, we install on site for proper height, unless otherwise discussed prior to installation.

It's important to note that delays and damages can occur, and SoCal Barn Doors cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to scheduling or rescheduling of contractors. Yes. You are required to be present to sign and accept delivery from SoCal Barn Doors or our designated freight shipping carrier. Failure to be present at the scheduled delivery time or being late may result in a wait fee imposed by the freight shipping carrier, for which you will be responsible. Please note that our wooden crates are not waterproof and should not be left outdoors for extended periods.
